Once upon a time in a quaint coastal town in Rhose Island...
Max Funster was an ordinary accountant. Inspired by the movie Toy Story where toys came to life when not being watched, he set out to try and create a toy that talks and moves only when in complete darkness. This light-sensing toy became a hit in Max's local town of Lockeport and soon became a global sensation. Max went on to create Tiny Minds and dedicate himself to spreading the joy of magical toys. Our mission is simple: create toys that spark imagination, laughter, and endless fun.

Max’s infectious enthusiasm and playful spirit are at the heart of everything we do. Whether he’s brainstorming new toy concepts or testing products himself (yes, he still insists on playing with every prototype), Max ensures that every Tiny Minds toy is crafted with a touch of magic. His favorite pastme? He loves building elaborate LEGO structures and collecting quirky gadgets.
Phillip Plichon

Phillip is the financial wizard behind the magic at Tiny Minds. With over 20 years experience in finance and a keen eye for strategic growth, Phillip ensures that our numbers are as delightful as our toys. His innovative approach to financial management helps keep our company on a path of sustainable growth, ensuring we can continue to bring playful innovations to children everywhere. When he’s not crunching numbers, you might find him building model trains with his sons.
Julia Pearson
Chief Marketing Officer
Julia has a knack for turning innovative ideas into captivating campaigns. She’s the mastermind behind our brand’s whimsical and engaging presence and her team manages our relationships with retailers across the globe. She believes that every toy has a story to tell, and she crafts those stories with a sprinkle of magic and a dash of fun. When she’s not dreaming up the next big campaign, Sarah loves hosting family game nights and exploring the latest trends in the toy industry.

Chief Operating Officer
Jeremy oversees the day-to-day operations of Tiny Minds with a blend of meticulous organization and inspiring creativity. His team dreams up our innovative toys and makes sure that they are delightful, safe, and durable. He’s known for his hands-on approach, often seen in the workshop fine-tuning prototypes or in the office brainstorming the next big idea. Outside of work, Max enjoys painting and is a philanthropist dedicated to supporting mission-driven charities.

Serena is the tech wizard behind our most innovative toys. With a background in engineering and a passion for play, Serena has a knack for blending cutting-edge technology with whimsical fun. Whether her team is programming a robot to dance or designing an app that brings our toys to life, Serena ensures that every product is as magical as it is innovative. When she’s not at her workbench, Serena enjoys participating in hackathons.
